The app has me enter my email and sends a link to it so I can sign in, but by closing the app to open my email it unloads, and when I click the link it freshly opens the app and just asks for an email to send a link to again. I'm stuck in a feedback loop, and can't properly log in to the app because I have to juggle multiple applications on my device. I wish I could just enter my email and password and log in like everything else, why I can't do this feels like a major oversight. FRUSTRATING!!!

Exceptional Staff throughout the practice. They are all kind, caring and love your animal as if it was their own. Megan goes about and beyond to treat your pet and does not stop searching until she finds a cure or has answers. I can only give 5 starts but if I was given an option they would get a substantial amount more. I would highly recommend them.

Unable to transfer pets to new clinic. The app is ok, works well with clinics, but, when changing clinics, have to reinstall all pets information and that is very frustrating.

This update includes improvements to appointment booking, scheduling, and clinic information displayed in the app.
We’ve also improved the reliability of Tails Intake, fixed appointment time and clinic opening-hours issues, and made several stability and usability improvements across the app.
